Effective Date: September 18, 2026 • Governs your access to Oshiva Library, Oshiva Food, and Oshiva Education platforms.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Student", or "You") and Oshiva Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Oshiva", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or utilizing our website, mobile interface, physical study branches, food order portals, or educational course players, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Oshiva Public Services Ecosystem

Oshiva provides three core public services designed to foster focused competitive exam preparation:

  • Oshiva Library: Reservation and occupancy of dedicated ergonomic study workstations, shared study halls, personal lockers, and electrical/internet facilities across accredited branches.
  • Oshiva Food: On-premise student canteen, hygienic freshly prepared meals, daily thalis, meal subscriptions, and cashless digital wallet management.
  • Oshiva Education: Access to structured digital course curricula, unlisted video lessons, academic doubts forum, and downloadable learning supplements.

3. Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Certain operations, including reserving monthly study seats, entering silent study halls, taking courses, and consuming subscriptions require accurate account verification. You agree to provide genuine contact information and truthful identification documents (including Aadhar and live verification). Misrepresentation or sharing of account access keys constitutes a ground for immediate account termination without refund.

4. Study Hall Code of Conduct (Oshiva Library)

All library members must observe strict silence in designated study halls. Phone calls, loud music, group disruptions, unauthorized desk swapping, or tampering with electrical inverters and Wi-Fi hardware will lead to immediate cancellation of passes. Desks must be vacated upon completion of the booked shift window (Morning, Evening, or Full Day).

5. Canteen & Meal Delivery Protocol (Oshiva Food)

Canteen orders submitted via the online system are directly dispatched to the branch kitchen via Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT). Meal subscriptions are tied to authorized active branches and may be paused or resumed in accordance with cutoff time regulations. Consuming food outside designated dining zones or causing litter in study halls is strictly forbidden.

6. Course Content & Intellectual Property (Oshiva Education)

All video lectures, syllabus materials, question banks, and notes provided through Oshiva Education are the exclusive intellectual property of Oshiva and its instructors. Screen recording, unauthorized mirroring, rebroadcasting, account sharing, or attempting to circumvent stream watermarking will trigger legal enforcement under Indian Copyright Law and the Information Technology Act.

7. Payment Processing & Fees

All transactions are settled securely through authorized payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay) and backing cash receipts registered by branch managers. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
